2019 - Dardenne AT Muirfield - Swim Meet Wrap Up

    Marlins:

The third swim meet of our short summer season is officially in the books, and it sure was a hot one!  A special thanks go to all the volunteers that worked hard to make sure the kids had a good time. The good news is that our team really did well last night. Here’s a quick look at the results at a high level, and they are VERY impressive!  We had over 45% of the races resulted in a personal best for the swimmer!  That is flat out amazing, and well done to all the kids!

    Total Athletes:                   87

    Total Results:                 229

    Total Points:                   833

    Total Improved Times:   104

    Pct Improved Times:       45.41%

This part is always hard for me to summarize, because I want to highlight as many big achievements as possible, but not make the list too long where it looses its meaning.  I drew the line at kids that improved at least two of their personal best times, but congratulations go to everybody!  Swimming is a team sport, so thanks to all the kids that scored points for the Marlins!
