We had an awesome first practice for our youngest swimmers tonight! Our 8 and Under group rocked it, and it seemed like everyone was happy to be swimming!

Meet Sign Up
It always feels like a super quick turnaround from the start of the season to signing up your swimmers for the first meet. Sign ups will open Friday, June 2 for the first meet of the season (Monday, June 12). An email will be sent that will have detailed instructions about how to sign up your swimmers as well as where to place them. Sign ups will CLOSE on Monday, June 5.
Stroke Judges
We are in need of stroke judges. Our team has to provide 2 stroke judges per half of every single meet- if we don't, our team can't participate in the meet. While is is a job that requires some training, all of the training is online and you can complete it when it's convenient for you. We do recommend you have some background in swimming and/or have had kids participate with swim team prior to being a stroke judge. Please consider being a stroke judge- we have quite a few open shifts for this job, and we have to fill them. If you become a trained stroke judge and take shifts doing that, you are able to drop other shifts you have signed up for.
Stroke Judge training is sent as a step by step email with links for videos and information. If you are interested in being trained, please let us know via email.
Team Suits
Team suits are still available at B and B Aquatics (but are not required to participate).
Team T-Shirts
Our team shirts are on track to be distributed the end of next week so that we can have them for the first meet!
Swim Caps
We do have swim caps for sale (limited number left from last year's order). They are $12 each, and the first people to claim them via email get them. Caps are not required.
We look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday night for our first full team practice!
